Very easy as a customer – all expectations were surpassed! I am not a long standing cyclist, very much an amateur, with a hybrid bike. The tour gave me exactly the support and challenge I required and relished to achieve an important aim. It was an amazing experience and now that I reflect upon it I almost feel that for two weeks I was in another world.
