Great trip I really enjoyed it. Excellent route showing a lot of the stunning scenery of France on predominately quiet roads (best way to see France) Very good hotels for the price we paid for the trip (does not need to be better) Some of the isolated hotels showed signs that they are struggling but this added to the character of the trip. (They were not dirty). Food at breakfast and lunch was very good again adding to the character and Mark and Rob had a health competition going for the best spread. (I miss the cheeses already). Obviously with any trip there are factors that cannot be catered for, the weather and group but particularly the group was extremely good. (You cannot go to Frances mountain regions in summer without the occasional thunder storm).
I would like to thank Rob, Mark and Isobelle for the support in making the trip so good. Particularly Isobelle who was always working hard to make sure the trip ran smoothly, from constantly cutting up fruit at the brew van to being on the phone in the afternoons, as she checked we all passed safely by.
