Maurice and I really enjoyed the tour – indeed I think it might even have the status of “best holiday ever”! Yes the weather helped, but I think for both of us it was the people who made the holiday – both the tour leaders and the other participants- I have to admit I felt quite emotional leaving everyone at Inverness Station and to think we had only known each other for two weeks!
