All 3 hotels were clean, well maintained and comfortable. I was very impressed by the staff at the golf hotel who were very friendly and welcoming.
Scotch Arms Mews is a candidate for one of the best B&Bs I’ve ever used; pleasant, clean, comfortable and with delightful staff – nothing was too much trouble. The continental breakfast buffet was excellent.
The George was equally fine, good breakfast and a lovely setting.
Great choice of route; pleasant quiet roads and come fantastic cycle tracks with amazing and varied scenery.
A thoroughly enjoyable experience. My first ride with Peak Tours but I’ll be booking more soon, certainly for next year and beyond but maybe another this year too. A number of riders in the group had done multiple trips with Peak Tours and I can see why. I’ll certainly be recommending Peak Tours to my local club members.
