- Cycle paths on days one and two were a revelation in terms of Italy’s commitment to cycling
- The mix of hills/roads//flat/undulations provided variety and significant challenges
As good as France Caen to Nice. Tough as LEJOG, a good mix of terrain and road surfaces (mainly good) really challenging at times (I like that) and we met usual mix of great personalities in other customers and guides.
