I loved the route, as each day offered different views and challenges. I thought the last day was of a good level of challenge and a great round up. Some of the other tours have quite a hard final day and I’m pleased that this trip ended a little more gently and with a sense that we had arrived.
The brew stops provded by Isolbel were truly fantastic, with lots of local fruit and a cgood set of staples like nuts, banana’s etc. There were plenty of hot and cold drinks though you might need to retire one of the flasks!
I adored the picnic lunches. They were great fun and very tasty, even in the challenge of the hotter days in southern France. Nigel and the team chose some really great locations for both the brew stops and lunch.
I loved the tour and was terribly sad to find the tour had finished. It’s my 3rd tour with you and I thought it was just an incredible experience.
