In summary, 10 out of 10 and excellent value. I had a superb time and loved every minute.
The accommodation and food (etc.) were all good. Some hotels were better than others, but everywhere I stayed was comfortable and had a warm shower. My favourites were the Future Inn in Plymouth, the hotel at Crosthwaite, the B&B at Moffat and Haus Alba at Grantown-on-Spey. David at Haus Alba was an excellent and friendly host.
