It was a lovely route, using smaller roads wherever possible and giving us a different insight into the different regions of France.
This was my first long cycle tour and it surpassed my expectations. Many thanks to all at Peak Tours for enabling me to tick off something that’s been at the top of my bucket list for years!
Rob, Isabelle and Chris are all lovely people who all wanted us to really enjoy the trip and they are naturals at keeping everyone happy. Even when we set off in pouring rain they could raise a smile from us. Rob and Chris both kept those of us flagging at the back going!
