This is a route that I would happily come back and ride again. There was a nice variety in the scenery and I can’t think of anywhere on the route where the traffic was a worry (at least not by UK standards). The daily distances were long enough to feel like I’d had a decent ride, but still allowed us time for leisurely lunches, a bit of tourism and relaxing in the evenings.
