The pub buffets were excellent and the organised evening meals and recommended places to eat were all great too.
Graham, Andy and Johnny were fantastic company and their encouragement and support throughout the two weeks really made a difference. The way they responded to everyone on the trip helped us all to get along. No one was ever left out, as can easily happen with a big group of people. I was amazed by Graham’s technical know –how and really appreciated how he tackled any bike problems with good cheer. His morning briefings were excellent and he was always so positive (even in the rain), making it easier to get going each day. Johnny and Andy provided much humour and were always a welcome and cheerful sight at the brew stops.
I really enjoyed the whole trip, from a cycling point of view, but also as a holiday. I’d thought about trying to do an unsupported tour but was so glad that I did it this way instead. Everything about the organisation and the way the trip was run really made it a superb two weeks. In the future I’m sure I’ll be looking at some of the other trips you run
