Good range of hotels and guesthouses. All very friendly and accommodating. The route was outstanding in every aspect. The scenery in every single county was superlative. The back roads used were sublime. The mid morning and mid afternoon snack stops were hugely impressive and made the tour that much more enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble for Julie and Simon (our guides), who provided an excellent localised variety of snacks. The lunchtime meals were faultless. Every stop well worth making and tremendous value for money. All pre-tour information was timely and relevant. I cannot speak highly enough of Simon and Julie Bullen who were attentive to all individual and group needs throughout. They coped with adversity on Day One commendably well. Their intimate knowledge, experience and understanding of long distance cycle tours was invaluable. They were personable and friendly from start to finish.
