Chris, Matt and Alberto were outstanding, as was Jim who was there for the last few days. They adeptly handled multiple issues. Chris always had a smile on his face and his enthusiasm was infectious. It was also great having two bike mechanics to deal with any bike issues. The guides put in long days but never complain or show any display of frustration – very professional.
